- The works involved the refurbishment and modernisation of a 3,266 sq.m. built area, including the rebuilding of the fire hydrants, the complete rebuilding of the electrical, thermal and plumbing installations, the complete replacement of the carpentry, the laying of a polyurethane floor in accordance with current standards and the installation of 20 solar panels to improve energy efficiency.
