Rehabilitation, consolidation, modernisation and extension of Romanian Academy
The work includes:
- the rehabilitation, consolidation, modernisation and equipping of the historic building for conversion into a museum;
- the construction of a new building with a height of 2S+P+M+2E and a built-up area of 8,527.00 sq.m which will include a series of multiple functions: a room for the organisation of plenary meetings of the Romanian Academy, offices for the 14 sections of the Academy, offices for the Academy’s management (president, vice-presidents, secretary), meeting rooms, reception and protocol areas, annexed areas;
- modernisation, rehabilitation and extension of the existing office building (C8) with a new building, with a height of S+P+3E+M.
