Student dormitory for Politehnica University of Bucharest
- 700 accommodation places;
- the building will have a total floor area of 18 868,68 m² with a ground floor, first floor and ten storeys. The new hostel will consist of 350 rooms, 20 of which will be specially equipped for students with disabilities. Each floor will include reading rooms, laundry rooms, dryers, kitchenettes and dining rooms. The building will also benefit from a 51-space basement car park and solar panels (located on the terrace) to provide hot water.
