Novotel Living Bucharest Băneasa

- the new hotel, Novotel Living Bucharest Băneasa will be part of the Accor network (world leader in the hospitality industry) and will be located right across the street from the largest shopping area in Bucharest, Băneasa Shopping City.
Construction started in the third quarter of 2023 and the 150-room hotel is scheduled to enter the market in June 2025. With Novotel Living, Construcții Erbașu and Accor are bringing the extended stay concept to the Bucharest market. The future hotel will offer different types of rooms with kitchenettes and flexible working space. The ground floor will take the form of a social hub for dining, meetings and socialising. Other facilities include an all-day dining area, a cinema, a modular meeting space, a fitness room, parking and an outdoor green space.
