With a total area of 37,207 square meters and a capacity of 10,100 seats, the complex will have a height of Gf + GF + 3E and will meet the standards required for UEFA category 4, ready to host European competitions. The new construction will include a boxing gym, strength and cardio rooms, modern changing rooms with showers, medical office, conference rooms, restaurant area and administrative spaces. In addition, there will be outdoor areas for promenades and events, parking for spectators and staff.

The project will have a total implementation period of 28 months, of which 6 months will be dedicated to the design phase, with construction to start after the demolition of the current arena is completed, the land is cleared and the building permit is issued.

The entire construction will be carried out in team with P.A.B. Romania and New RPC 321.
